Shenzhen Metro Group was established on 31 July 1998 as a municipal state-owned enterprise. Its strategy connects national rail, intercity rail and urban transit, combining construction, operations, station-city development and resource management. As of March 2021, the original profile reported registered capital of RMB 45.943 billion, assets of RMB 507.006 billion, net assets of RMB 296.184 billion and approximately 28,000 employees. The group supports rail-network development and integrated urban growth in the Greater Bay Area.

BIOSUN provides air treatment solutions for rail transit. Its Chinese project profile reports experience across more than 100 rail projects in China and overseas, with applications addressing airborne microorganisms, particles, chemical gases and emissions from interior materials in occupied transport environments.

Applications cover train interiors, platforms, station halls and public restrooms. BIOSUN applies PHOTOPLASMA technology to selected microbial, gaseous and particulate air treatment requirements. Performance should be assessed against the equipment specifications, relevant test reports and operating conditions.
